Standard shipping costs for orders over EUR 250 are free of charge within AUSTRIA.
Austria: from 5,00 € | Estimated delivery time 1-3 working days
Germany: from 12,00 € | Estimated delivery time 2-5 working days
Switzerland: from 20,00 € | Estimated delivery time 3-4 working days
EU countries: from 16,00 € | Estimated delivery time 3-5 working days
Europe (not EU): from 21,00 € | Estimated delivery time 4-5 working days
Outside of the EU: from 27,00 € | Estimated delivery time 7-9 working days
Track your shipment status
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the DPD or DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Deliveries in Europe are made via DHL Express or via DPD for standard deliveries. Shipments to the United States are delivered by express service only. Shipments sent by TDCC are insured against theft and accidental damage by our courier partners. This insurance coverage expires upon receipt of the shipment and written confirmation.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to post office boxes and for partial deliveries, shipping costs will only be charged once.
Our service hours for processing and dispatching orders are Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00 CET (excluding Austrian public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch within two working days after receipt of payment at the latest.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and import taxes within the European Union
Items shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional taxes or customs duties.
These are the current EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (South Cyprus only), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For USA, UK and Switzerland we deliver as DAP (Delivery At Place). If you select one of these countries, the product prices shown are exclusive of all import taxes and customs duties. These must be paid directly by the buyer upon delivery.
You can return all items free of charge within a period of 30 days after delivery.
Can I return items?
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return all purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.
If you wish to exchange an item, they must be unused and show no damage. The cost of courier delivery for returned goods will be borne by top dog cool cats.

Please pack the items carefully so that they arrive undamaged. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Therefore, please make sure that your item is insured or can be tracked. This happens automatically when you organise the return shipment via our returns portal.
